The packaging design adapts to the quantity and dimensions of the items purchased. Every order is individually secured in a protective bag to enhance safety. To maintain customer confidentiality, all shipments are dispatched in an unmarked and inconspicuous manner, preventing any disclosure of the contents. For international deliveries, the customs declaration labels the contents as “Sample garments” to ensure smooth transit.

Estimated Fees:
To determine the estimated shipping cost to ship any item to your desired address, you may select any item and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your cart. The shipping rates are displayed on your shopping cart page. You are NOT obligated to make the purchase or provide a payment method if you do not choose to proceed to checkout.
Actual Shipping Fee
The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address in inserted on the shipping page.
SHIPPING CARRIER
By default, hocbstyle.us
hocbstyle.us handles online orders throughout the week, operating seven days a week, except during holidays. Orders submitted before 5:00 PM EST are generally processed and packed on the same day, while those placed after this cutoff are handled the next business day. For orders containing a significant number of items, processing may extend by two or more additional days. Although order processing occurs daily, shipments are collected by the logistics provider from our warehouse Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Once an order is handed over to DHL or another carrier, hocbstyle.us is not liable for any delays in shipping or issues related to the delivery process.

1) The shipping time mentioned above refers to the estimated time of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped.
2) Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays.

5) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
6) Shipping Time does not include a 1-2 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
7) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
8) The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address in inserted on the shipping page.
9) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was placed.
10) If you address is remote areas where is out of the DHL service, we need to charge extra $30 for the shipping fee.
About the customs duties and fees:The recipient is recognized as the importer of record and is responsible for adhering to all laws and regulations of the destination country. For international shipments, the recipient may be liable for import taxes, customs duties, and other fees imposed when the package arrives in their country. These additional customs clearance charges are the recipient’s responsibility, and we have no control over or ability to predict the amount of such fees.
If you collect the goods, Customs requires clearance information and invoice. Please contact us first.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
2. DELIVERY
We are committed to improving our service and our customers’ shopping experience. We use different methods of delivery because such application of different methods suitable for different countries and regions is able to make the time of transport as shortest as possible, and also assures the safety and convenience of the transport. We are able to deliver our goods to most countries in the world.
Under the normal circumstances, it takes us 1 or 2 days to process your order. After the goods are delivered, we will send the tracking number for your order to you through E-mail.
Delivery assured! If your goods are lost or checked, we will deliver them again.
